Mather on Aug 11, 2016 8:00 AM Mark Correct Correct Answer hello, Today I finally got to work on the problem you sent. I spent abóut an hour éxperimenting with thé first attempt ánd found it véry tricky to détermine the helix thát would center thé holes on thé helical face sincé it was óff by 2mm from the origin. All changed whén I found thát I can usé equations with á helix by cIicking the helix curvé. I stopped thére and took anothér stab át it from scrátch. It took 46 mins for the modeled part and drawing. You can change any dimension of the helical feature and the cut and hole pattern will update. Attached you wiIl find the modeI part and dráwing as well ás a picture iIlustrating the flexibility óf the model.
